[News] Game setting changed about Lv 1 char get stats

To avoid abnormal char stats:
We removed the mission level 3 for get 500 char stats. Level 1 char (Newbie or reborn char) will get 666 char stats directly. All chars stats has been reconfigured, Pls use command(/pow /dex /int /vit /sta) or webpage for assign stats. This patch is for full ver 0177 or 0178 that cannot be automatically updated:
